What does 5+1 mean?
Five servers carry your workloads and one standby server is kept patched and ready to take over from any of them. Exact roles are agreed with you during onboarding.
Who owns the hardware?
We do. We own, house and operate the servers, and you pay a monthly fee for the managed service.
Can we move off later?
Yes. Your data, configuration code and documentation are yours, and we help plan an orderly move if you decide to leave.
